RETURNS:
Any returns or exchanges have to be done within 14 days after you received your order.
To proceed with your return, please just send the items to OMNIVA PARCREL LOCKER to PAUPYS, Aukštaičių g. 7, Vilnius.
After receiving the return the refund will be made automatically through our orders processing partners and it will be sent to you. It usually takes from 5 to 12 working days for funds go back to your bank account.
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 14 days
The return form that was included in your order is filled
The goods are in the original packaging and has all the tags on
The goods must be returned in original condition
There is no missing items or any perfume, make-up, deodorant or stains on the product
We will not accept returns on broken, missing, used, faulty or in any way altered items, it will be returned back to the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion. If you've received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@futurefamous.club before making your return.
We do not stand for the return shipping costs and it will be deducted from your refund. We're unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after the 14 days may be rejected and returned back to you.If you need further assistance, please email us at hello@futurefamous.club and we'll get back to you within 1-2 working days.
EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS:
Send us an email at hello@futurefamous.club with your order number and what you wish to exchange to. We will ship you the new item and a return shipping label for the items that you want to exchange. We will charge you for the return cost and a new shipping label. You can return your order for up to 14 days from receiving it. We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days, anything sent to us after 14 days may be rejected and returned back to you.
